This Privacy Policy describes how Phone Projector ("the app") handles your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Phone Projector does not collect any information that identifies you personally.
Camera: The app uses your device's camera to display a live view for tracing purposes.
Camera footage is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.
Photo Library: The app accesses your photo library only when you choose to select a
reference image. Selected images are used locally on your device and are never
uploaded or shared.
Online Gallery: If you browse the built-in gallery, the app downloads artwork images
from our content server. This requires an internet connection. No personal
information is sent with these requests beyond what any network request inherently
includes (such as your IP address, handled by our hosting provider as part of normal
internet infrastructure).
Analytics: With your consent (see CONSENT below), the app uses Firebase Analytics to
understand how the app is used — for example, which gallery images are popular, how
far people get through onboarding, and whether purchases and permission prompts
succeed. This data is tied to an anonymous device/app identifier, not to your name,
email, or other personal information.
Crash Reports: The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash and
diagnostic data (such as device model, OS version, and crash logs) to help us fix
bugs. This is limited to technical/diagnostic information and does not include your
photos or camera footage.

ADVERTISING
Phone Projector displays ads provided by Google AdMob. The app is configured to serve
non-personalized ads only. Google AdMob may collect certain device information to
serve ads and for fraud prevention. For more information on how Google handles data,
please review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
In the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before
ads and analytics are used, via a consent form shown on first launch. In US states
with opt-out privacy laws, you can withdraw consent at any time using the "Privacy
Options" button in the app.

You can change or withdraw your consent for analytics and ad personalization at any
time by tapping "Privacy Options" in the app's settings. Declining consent does not
prevent the app from functioning — you will still see ads and can still use the
tracing and gallery features.
